LICENSE AGREEMENT : MyCare

iCareSoft P/L will grant you a non-exclusive license to use the software upon registration.  You have to acquire a written permission for the use of the software. In order to preserve and protect our rights under applicable laws, iCareSoft P/L. does not sell any rights in the software. Rather, iCareSoft P/L grants the right to use the software by means of a software license.
You are permitted to use the software on as many computers within t the licensed organization or branch.
You may, however, after written notification to iCareSoft P/L transfer all of the software to another person or entity, who in turn will be subject to this agreement.
The license can be cancelled any time giving one (1) month notice. 

PROHIBITED USES
You are not entitled to copy or modify the software or merge it with another program, except for your personal use on a single computer. Any modified or merged portion of the software is subject to this agreement.
You are not permitted to Translate or create derivative works based on the software.
You are not permitted to sublicense, sell, lend, rent, or lease any portion of the software.
Copy any portion of the software, except to make a backup copy, as described above.
Operate the software on more than one computer at a time. If you plan to operate the software on a network, please contact iCareSoft P/L to request a maltase license. 

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY
The software and accompanying material are provided “AS IS” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Further, iCareSoft P/L does not warrant, guarantee, or make any representations regarding the use, or the result of use of the software or written materials in terms of correctness, accuracy, reliability, currents or otherwise.
The entire risk to the results and performance of the materials are defective you and not iCareSoft P/L or its dealers, distributors, agents, or employees, assume the entire cost of all necessary servicing, repair, or correction.
No oral or written information or advice given by iCareSoft P/L its dealers, distributors, agents or employees shall create a warranty and you may not rely on any such information or advice.
Neither iCareSoft P/L nor anyone else who has been involved in the creation of the product shall be liable for any direct or indirect consequential business loss arising out of the use or inability to use the product.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT
You acknowledge that you have read this LICENSE and DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY, understand them, and agree to be bound by their terms and conditions. You also agree that the license and disclaimer of warranty are the complete and exclusive statement of agreement between the parties and supersede all proposals or prior agreements, oral or written, and any other communication between the parties relating to the subject matter of the LICENSE or the DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY. 

GENERAL
iCareSoft P/L is not responsible for maintaining or helping you to use the software, except you acquired an extended support services. To receive these services, you must register under a separate Service and Support Agreement
